FORMULATION & ACTIVE INGREDIENT:
An emulsifiable concentrate formulation containing 150 g/l propiconazole and 150 g/l difenoconazole (both azole fungicides) for use in sugar beet and fodder beet.
TARGETS:
For the control of powdery mildew (Erysiphe betae), rust (Uromyces betae) and Cercospora leaf spot (Cercospora beticola) and moderate control of Ramularia beticola in sugar beet and fodder beet.
WATER VOLUME AND SPRAY QUALITY:
Apply ARMURE in a recommended 200 litres of water per hectare. Use a higher volume of water, 200-300 litres per hectare for the treatment of dense crops to ensure a good penetration to the lower leaves and stem bases.
RAINFASTNESS: 1 hour

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
IMPORTANT: This information is approved as part of the Product Label. All instructions within this section must be carefully read in order to obtain safe and successful use of this product.

PROPERTIES OF ARMURE
ARMURE is a systemic fungicide for use on all varieties of sugarbeet and fodder beet. ARMURE has a protective action. For best results, use ARMURE as a preventative treatment, or at least as soon as the first symptoms of disease are seen.

DISEASE CONTROLLED:
Powdery mildew (Erysiphe betae)
Rust (Uromyces betae)
Cercospora leaf spot (Cercospora beticola)
Ramularia beticola- MODERATE CONTROL

Spray Timing
Apply ARMURE at the first signs of the disease, before the disease becomes established. ARMURE gives prolonged protection from re-infection, but a second application can be applied where crops are at risk from later attacks.

Rates of Use
Apply ARMURE at 0.6 litre per hectare.
Two applications may be made per crop with a minimum interval of 21 days between applications.
Do not apply before BBCH 40 (crop cover complete: leaves cover 100% of ground).
Fodder beet treated with ARMURE must not be grazed by livestock or cut for fodder until at least 21 days after the last applicaton.
Avoid spraying/application within 5 metres of the field boundary to reduce effects on non-target insects or other arthropods.

MIXING AND SPRAYING
Spray Volume
Apply ARMURE in a recommended 200 litres of water per hectare. Use a higher volume of water, 200-300 litres per hectare for the treatment of dense crops to ensure a good penetration to the lower leaves and stem bases.
Spray Nozzles
A medium quality spray* is preferred for application of ARMURE (* as defined by The British Crop Protection Council). A spray pressure of 2-3 bar is recommended.
Mixing
Make sure the sprayer is clean and set to give an even application at the correct volume.
Fill the spray tank with half the required volume of clean water and start agitation. Add the required amount of ARMURE and continue agitation whilst adding the rest of the water.
Agitate the mixture thoroughly before use and continue agitation during spraying and any stoppages.
Thoroughly wash all spray equipment with water immediately after use.
Do not leave the spray liquid in the sprayer for long periods (such as during meal breaks orovernight).

RESISTANCE MANAGEMENT
Both active ingredients in ARMURE are Sterol Biosynthesis Inhibitors (SBI). Use ARMURE as part of an Integrated Crop Management (ICM) strategy incorporating other methods of control, including where appropriate other fungicides with a different mode of action. You must not apply more than two foliar applications of products containing Sterol Biosynthesis Inhibitors to any sugarbeet crop. Disease control may be reduced if strains of pathogens less sensitive to ARMURE develop. Users should refer to current FRAG-UK guidelines for SBI compounds.

COMPANY INFORMATION
The possible development of diseases resistant to ARMURE cannot be excluded or predicted. Where such resistant strains occur, ARMURE may not give satisfactory control and no responsibility can be accepted for any loss incurred. This product is to be used only in accordance with the recommendations and instructions given on the labels provided with this pack.
