Formulation:

A plant growth regulator for crop height reduction in all varieties of winter wheat, winter and spring barley, winter and spring oats, rye, triticale, durum wheat and ryegrass seed crops.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Restrictions

Avoid spray drift onto neighbouring crops. Only use on crops that are at risk of lodging. Do not apply if rain or frost are expected. Do not apply to wet foliage. Do not apply to crops which are under stress or are suffering from water-logging, pest or disease attack or frost.

Notes on Application
This product is a plant growth regulator for reduction of crop height, which can reduce lodging and protect yields.CONFINE may be used on all varieties of winter wheat, winter and spring barley, winter and spring oats, rye, triticale, durum wheat and ryegrass seed crops. Ears of treated crops may remain erect through to harvest.

Water Volumes
Apply CONFINE in 200- 400 litres water/ha. Increase the volume of water in dense crop stands if necessary, to improve penetration.

Mixing and Spraying
Charge the sprayer with half the required volume of water and begin agitation. Add the correct quantity of CONFINE to the tank. Complete the filling with the rest of the water, and maintain agitation until spraying is completed. Apply without delay on the day of mixing. Do not allow the spray mixture to stand without agitation. Apply as a ‘medium’ spray (BCPC definition) at a pressure of 2-3 bar. Take particular care not to overlap spray swaths. Wash all spraying equipment thoroughly after use using water and a suitable detergent or wetter.
