Formulation:
Contains 400 g/l (39% w/w) of dimethoate and cyclohexanone.

A systemic insecticide for control of aphids and other insect pests in a variety of agricultural and horticultural crops.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Pest Resistance
Strains of some aphid species are resistant to many aphicides. Where aphids resistant to products containing dimethoate occur, ‘Danadim Progress’ is unlikely to give satisfactory control. Repeat treatments are likely to result in lower levels of control.

Mixing and Application
Half-fill the spray tank with clean water and begin agitation. Add the required quantity of Danadim Progress to the tank and then the rest of the water. Continue agitation until spraying is completed.

Crops for Processing
Consult the processor before spraying crops intended for processing.
Dimethoate is an organophosphorus (IRAC group 1B) compound. Total reliance on one pesticide will hasten the development of resistance. Pesticides of different chemical types or alternative control measures should be included in the planned programme. Alternating insecticides with different modes of action is a recognised anti-resistance strategy and ‘Danadim Progress’ should always be used in conjunction with other insecticides of a different mode of action.

Compatibility
Apply in the late evening or early morning if possible. Do not apply Danadim Progress to any crop suffering from stress or likely to suffer from stress due to drought, frost or herbicide damage. Do not apply in the rain, frosty conditions or if rain or frost are expected. Foliage should be dry at the time of application.
