DIRECTIONS FOR USE
IMPORTANT: This information is approved as part of the Product Label. All instructions within this section must be read carefully in order to obtain safe and successful use of this
product.
Restrictions
Avoid application to any crop suffering from stress as a result of drought, waterlogging, low temperatures, nutrient or lime deficiency or other factors reducing crop growth.
Avoid application in either frosty or hot, sunny weather conditions.
Dose
Wheat, Barley and Oats: 1.25 L/ha.
Oilseed rape: 1.0 L/ha.
Crops
FRELIZON can be used on all winter and spring crops of wheat, barley, oats and oilseed rape. It may also be applied to barley undersown with grass/clover. Apply FRELIZON under good growing conditions with adequate soil moisture. Avoid poor growing conditions which may give less reliable results.
Timing
FRELIZON can be applied from the beginning of stem elongation (GS 30) on cereals and from the 2‐leaf stage (GS 12) on oilseed rape.
FRELIZON controls diseases most effectively when diseases are at low levels and before they spread to new growth. On cereals, a second application can be repeated after 3‐4 weeks if necessary.
Volume and Application
Apply in 200 litres/ha of water using spraying equipment to give good even coverage of the crop. A spray pressure of 2 – 3 Bar is recommended.
Mixing
Ensure that the sprayer is clean and correctly set to give an even application at the required volume. Half‐fill the spray tank with clean water and start agitation. Shake the container and add the required amount of FRELIZON to the sprayer using a filling device (e.g. induction bowl or closed transfer unit) or by direct addition to the sprayer tank. Wash out containers thoroughly, preferably using an integrated pressure rinsing device, or manually rinse three times. Add washings to the sprayer at the time of filling. Complete filling to the required volume and continue to agitate throughout the spraying operation. Do not leave the spray liquid in the sprayer for long periods (such as during meal breaks or overnight).
Compatibility
Products should only be tank‐mixed if each product can be applied within the label recommendations for its use. For further information contact your DuPont distributor.
