Formulation:   being a water soluble granule formulation containing 680 g/kg glyphosate details of the formulation consisting of the following:  technical specification of glyphosate as specified in the application form dated 24 June 2002 (PSD ref: doc 272, ASY 43F) and any subsequent amendments agreed with PSD and; other formulation details as specified in the application form dated 8 December 2005 (PSD ref:    WIS 001058884).
 
CONDITIONS OF USE:
Field of use: ONLY AS AN AGRICULTURAL / HORTICULTURAL / INDUSTRIAL / FORESTRY / AQUATIC HERBICIDE.

Environmental protection: The maximum concentration of active ingredient in treated water must not exceed 0.06 ppm or such lower concentration as the regulatory body may require.  Users must consult the appropriate water regulatory body (Environment Agency / Scottish Environment Protection Agency) before using the product near water and must obtain their agreement before using this product to control aquatic weeds.
 
Other specific restrictions:
1.  When applying through rotary atomisers, the spray droplet spectrum must be of a minimum Volume Median Diameter (VMD) of 200 microns.
2.Weed wipers may be used in any recommended crop where the wiper or chemical does not touch the growing crop. 
The maximum concentrations used must not exceed the following:
Weed wiper mini: 1 kg : 5.5 litres dilution with water
 Other wipers:1kg : 3.8 litres dilution with water                                        
3. For stump applications, the maximum concentration must not exceed 100g of product made up to total volume of 1 litre with water (i.e. a 10% solution).
 
Adverse effects:
Approval holders are under an on-going obligation to submit immediately any new information on the potentially dangerous effects of a product or of residues of an active substance contained in a product, on human or animal health, ground water or the environment.
 
IMPORTANT REMINDER
1.  Persons selling, supplying or using the product to which this approval applies should acquaint themselves with and observe all requirements contained in the Plant Protection Products Regulations 2005, including the duty on approval holders to notify information on potentially dangerous effects (see regulation 14), a contravention of which is a criminal offence under those Regulations.
2. Persons advertising, selling, supplying, storing or using the product to which this approval applies should acquaint themselves with and observe the Consents made under regulation 7 of and the Schedule to the Plant Protection Products (Basic Conditions) Regulations 1997, the contravention of which are criminal offences under the Food and Environment Protection Act 1985.
