DIRECTIONS FOR USE
IMPORTANT: This information is approved as part of the Product Label. All instructions within this section must be read carefully in order to obtain safe and successful use of this product.

RESTRICTIONS
DO NOT roll or harrow crop within a period of at least seven days before or after spraying HIGH LOAD MIRCAM.
DO NOT cut, graze, roll or harrow for seven days before or after spraying.
DO NOT apply HIGH LOAD MIRCAM to crops suffering from herbicide damage or stress caused by pests, nutrition defects or weather.
DO NOT spray if rain is expected within six hours.
DO NOT spray when cold or frosty conditions are prevalent. Overlapping spray swathes should be avoided. Avoid drift onto all broadleaved plants outside the target area. DO NOT spray where drift may cause damage to susceptible crops, particularly tomatoes, lettuce, cabbage, turnips, swedes, beet and peas.
Should crops be sprayed beyond the recommended times damage can occur which may result in reduction in yield.
After liming ensure lime is washed off the crop and weeds before spraying.
If poisonous weeds such as Ragwort are present, do not allow livestock into the field for at least 21 days or until the foliage has died down and become unpalatable.
DO NOT spray cereals which have been, or are to be, undersown with clovers or other legumes as these may be killed or severely checked.

CROP SPECIFIC INFORMATION
Crop:Winter wheat, barley and oats
Maximum  individual dose:1.25 l/ha
Maximum total dose:1.25 l/ha
Timing:Apply from five expanded leaf stage (GS 15) to before first node is detectable (GS 31)

Crop:Spring wheat, barley and oats
Maximum  individual dose:1.0–1.25 l/ha
Maximum total dose:1.25 l/ha
Timing:Apply from five expanded leaf stage (GS 15) but before first node is detectable (GS 31). Use the lower dose when weeds are at the cotyledon to two expanded true leaf stage

Water volumes:
Hydraulic Sprayer: 100–400 l/ha.
Knapsack Sprayer: 300–1000 l/ha.
NOTE: It is important to note that under some growing conditions the crop may be seen to be prostrated after spraying but recovery is rapid and the crop will grow away normally. HIGH LOAD MIRCAM acts slowly and two–three weeks may elapse before the full effect on weeds is observed.

MIXING AND SPRAYING
This product is for use by professionally qualified spray operatives only. This is a legal requirement. There is also legislation regarding storage, protective clothing and disposal of empty containers. If not professionally qualified always use a qualified contractor to apply this product.
Hydraulic sprayer
Half fill the spray tank with clean water and start the agitation. Pour in the required amount of HIGH LOAD MIRCAM. Add the remainder of the water and continue agitation until spraying is completed. USE IMMEDIATELY following dilution. DO NOT allow diluted product to stand before use. Apply as a medium quality spray (as defined by BCPC). A spray pressure of two–three bar is recommended.
Knapsack Application
This method is recommended for spot treatment of weeds. Apply as a medium spray to just before run-off occurs.
Tank cleaning
WASH EQUIPMENT thoroughly immediately after use. Fill the tank with clean water and leave overnight. Spray out before storage or using other products. Traces of the product may cause damage to susceptible crops sprayed later.

COMPATIBILITY
HIGH LOAD MIRCAM can be tank-mixed with other pesticides, please consult your Nufarm distributor or Nufarm UK Limited.

RESISTANCE MANAGEMENT
When herbicides with the same mode of action are used repeatedly over several years in the same field, selection of resistant biotypes can take place. These can propagate and may become dominating. A weed species is considered to be resistant to a herbicide if it survives a correctly applied treatment at the recommended dose. A strategy for preventing and managing such resistance should be adopted. This should include integrating herbicides with a programme of cultural control measures. Guidelines have been produced by the Weed Resistance Action Group and copies are available from the HGCA, CPA, your distributor, crop adviser or product manufacturer.
