DIRECTIONS FOR USE
IMPORTANT: This information is approved as part of the Product Label. All instructions within this section must be read carefully in order to obtain safe and successful use of this product.

Restrictions
LEXUS CLASS must not be applied to any crop suffering from stress as a result of drought, water-logging, low temperature, pest or disease attack, nutrient deficiency, soil compaction or other factors reducing crop growth.
Do not use LEXUS CLASS on crops undersown with grasses, clover or other legumes or any other broad-leaved crop.
Because some non-target crops are highly sensitive to LEXUS CLASS, avoid damage by drift onto broad-leaved plants outside the target area, or onto surface waters or ditches. Thorough cleansing of equipment is also very important - see separate section.
Do not apply within seven days of rolling the crop.
Only the following sulfonylurea and other ‘ALS inhibiting’ herbicides can be applied to a crop previously treated with Lexus Class.
Ally SX, Lorate, (UK only) Jubilee SX, , Alias SX, Answer SX, , Cleancrop Mondial, Gropper SX, Simba SX.
Concert SX, Finish SX, Harmony M SX, Presite SX, Mozaic SX, Refine Max SX.
Cameo SX (Ireland only), Thor.
Ratio SX, Parana, Seduce.

Crop Failure - In the event of crop failure for any reason, sow only winter wheat or spring wheat between one and three months of application of LEXUS CLASS. Prior to resowing, soil should be ploughed and cultivated to a depth of at least 15 cm.

Crops
LEXUS CLASS can be used on all varieties of winter wheat, winter oats, winter rye and triticale between the growth stages given below. Under certain climatic, soil and crop conditions, some slight chlorosis and stunting of the crop may occur. Crops will quickly recover and there will be no effect on grain yield.

Following crops
Only cereals, oilseed rape, field beans, red and white clover or grass may be sown in the in the year of harvest to succeed a cereal crop treated with LEXUS CLASS.

Timings
Winter wheat: From 2 leaf stage (GS 12) to before first node detectable (GS 30).
Winter oats, winter rye, triticale: From 2 leaf stage to December 31.

Volume and application
BEFORE USING LEXUS CLASS, SPRAYING EQUIPMENT MUST BE CLEAN AND FREE FROM CONTAMINATION WITH OTHER PESTICIDES. Application should be made in 200-400 litres of water per hectare using suitable ground equipment to give good spray cover of the weeds. The spray quality should be MEDIUM (as defined by BCPC), applied at a pressure of 2-3 bar. When crops are thick or weed growth is dense, use the higher volume. When applying LEXUS CLASS, care should be taken not to overlap spray swaths.

Dose
Apply LEXUS CLASS at 60g/ha.

Soil
LEXUS CLASS can be used on all soil types. On highly alkaline soils (pH > 7.7) the residual activity of LEXUS CLASS is reduced. LEXUS CLASS is more persistent in soils of low pH.

Mixing
Half-fill the spray tank with clean water. Commence agitation. Steadily add the recommended quantity of LEXUS CLASS to the spray tank (pre-mixing is not necessary). Complete filling and maintain agitation of the suspension before and during spraying until the tank is empty.
