Cabbage stem flea beetle

Description

The adult cabbage stem flea beetles are approximately 5mm long, shiny metallic greenish- or bluish-black or sometimes bronze. The long antennae and powerful hind legs make this easy to identify in the field. They can move by leaping or flying.
