BAY2000 contains bacteria that, when applied to seed, will germinate in the soil to colonize the developing root system and provide suppression of disease-causing organisms such as Fusarium, Pythium and Rhizoctonia that can attack plant roots. As a result of this biological protection, a vigorous root system is established by the plant, which often results in improved plant stand, plant health, and yield. For improved performance use BAY2000 in a program with other registered fungicides for seed treatment.
