It is a violation of Federal law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling.
Do not apply this product in a way that will contact workers or other persons, either directly or through drift. Only protected handlers may be in the area during application. For any requirements specific to your State or Tribe, consult the agency responsible for pesticide regulation.

GENERAL INFORMATION
Fosthiazate 75%EC is an excellent nematicide when used in accordance with label directions for control of a broad spectrum of nematode species that attack tomatoes. Fosthiazate 75%EC must be applied to tomatoes through drip (trickle) irrigation systems placed under a plastic mulch.
Do not combine Fosthiazate 75°/~EC in the mix tank with pesticides, surfactants or fertilizers, unless your prior use has shown the combination physically compatible, effective and non-injurious under your conditions of use. Do not apply with aircraft. Apply only to areas specified on the label.

RESISTANCE MANAGEMENT
Some plant pests are known to develop resistance to products used repeatedly for pest control. Fosthiazate 75%EC is effective for strategic use in programs that attempt to minimize pest resistance. Fosthiazate 75%EC is a Group 1 B nematicide and may be tank mixed or rotated with nematic ides from different groups. A nematode management program that includes alternation and/or tank mixes between Fosthiazate 75% EC and other labeled nematicides that have a different mode of action and/or control nematodes not controlled by Fosthiazate 75%EC is essential to prevent resistant nematode populations from developing. Consult with your Federal or State Cooperative Extension Service representatives for guidance on the proper use of Fosthiazate 75% EC in programs that seek to minimize the occurrence of pest resistance. No known resistance has developed to Fosthiazate 75% EC.

MIXING AND APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
Fosthiazate 75%EC mixes readily with water and can be injected directly into the drip irrigation lines as explained below. If dilution prior to injection is necessary, no special premixing should be required if used in an injector mix tank equipped with agitation.
If Fosthiazate 75%EC is diluted with water in a mix tank prior to injection, do not store the solution· in mix tank overnight. Clean application equipment thoroughly after use by flushing with water.
