GENERAL INFORMATION
OBTAIN 40% WDG HERBICIDE is selective herbicide for control of annual and perennial broadleafweeds including kochia, bedstraw (cleavers), common sunflower,
volunteer flax and volunteer potato in wheat, durum, barley, oats (not under seeded to with a legume), field com, sweet com, grain sorghum, millet, pome fruits, onions, fallow cropland, and on-farm non-cropland.
APPLICATION TO WHEAT, BARLEY AND OATS
Apply as a broadcast postemergence treatment to actively growing wheat, barley or oats,. from the 2 leaf crop stage of growth up to and including flag leaf emergence for control of broadleaf weeds. Apply when weeds are actively growing, but before weeds are 8 inches tall or vining. For control of volunteer potatoes, apply before potato plants are 8 inches tall. Only weeds emerge9 at the time of application will be controlled. Extreme growing conditions such as drought or near freezing temperatures prior to, at, and following the time of application may reduce weed control and increase risk of crop injury at all stages of growth. Do not use if cereal crop is underseeded with a legume. Foliage that is wet at the time of application may decrease control of targeted weeds. Applications of OBTAIN 40% ·WDG HERBICIDE are rain-fast within 1 hour after application.
APPLICATION TO FIELD CORN
General: Apply OBTAIN 40% WDG HERBICIDE at a rate of 5.0 ozlacre plus an appropriate amount of high quality adjuvant as described above in the "Spray
Adjuvants" section as a broadcast post emergence treatment using ground equipment or by air. OBTAIN 40% WDG HERBICIDE may be applied as a preplant treatment to control emerged volunteer potato or for burndown of emerged weeds (refer to "Special Directions for Control of Volunteer Potato" below). OBTAIN 40% WDG HERBICIDE may be applied in a tank mix combination with labeled rates of other registered herbicides.
