GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

Spraying Guidelines: Apply when weeds are young and actively growing, typically before the 3-5 true leaf stage.

Resistant Weeds Warning: Apparent Dicamba 500 Herbicide belongs to the Benzoic acid group of herbicides and is a Group 4 Herbicide for weed resistance management. Resistant weeds may develop through normal genetic variability in weed populations, potentially dominating if these herbicides are repeatedly used. The occurrence of resistant weeds is challenging to detect before use, so AIRR APPARENT Pty Ltd accepts no liability for losses resulting from the product's failure to control resistant weeds.

Mixing: Add the required amount of the product directly to the tank and mix thoroughly.

Application:

  • Boom Application: Apply using a properly calibrated boom sprayer with at least 50L of water per hectare, unless otherwise specified.

  • Aerial Application: Use at least 25L total spray volume per hectare, flying as low as practical to minimize drift.

  • High Volume Application: Apply a minimum of 1500L per hectare.

  • Knapsack Application: A 15L knapsack treats 150m².

Mimosa Control:

  • Broadacre Application: Apply 2-2.4L/ha mixed with 60L of water per hectare. Helicopter application is preferred.

  • High Volume Application: Apply 400mL in 110L water using ground equipment, thoroughly wetting all leaves and stems.

  • Basal Bark Application: Apply 60mL in 15L water on plants less than 5cm basal diameter, spraying liberally around the base and up the stem.

  • Cut Stump Application: Apply 60mL in 15L water to plants up to 10cm basal diameter, spraying freshly cut surfaces before sap dries.

  • Note: Temporary wilting may occur in crops after application, particularly under late or dry seasonal conditions.

Compatibility: Compatible with various herbicides including Flowable Igran, Glyphosate, Metsulfuron Methyl, and others. Temporary visible effects may occur when used with Atrazine.

Protection Guidelines: Ensure accurate calibration of spray equipment and prevent drift onto nearby susceptible plants, crops, or pastures. Keep containers sealed when not in use to prevent damage. Avoid contact with desirable trees, plants, or their roots. Minimize spray drift by using low pressure and appropriate nozzles. Thoroughly wash spray equipment after use and avoid spraying horticultural crops. Use only at recommended rates and avoid high winds during application.

Protection of Wildlife, Fish, Crustaceans, and Environment: Do not repurpose containers and avoid contaminating water bodies with the chemical or used containers.

Storage and Disposal: Store in a cool, well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight. Triple-rinse containers before disposal and follow local regulations for proper disposal. Do not dispose of undiluted chemical on-site, and if recycling, return clean containers to a designated collection point. If recycling is not possible, dispose of empty packaging at an approved waste management facility. Do not burn empty containers or product.
