GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

This product is a non-volatile, water-soluble granule with non-selective herbicidal activity against many annual and perennial broadleaf weeds and grasses. It is absorbed by plant foliage and green stems. The product is inactivated immediately in the soil and does not provide residual weed control. Movement through the plant occurs from the point of contact and into the root system.

Visible effects on annual weeds take 3-7 days, while on perennial weeds, it may not be obvious for 2-3 weeks or longer. The visible effects can be delayed by cool or cloudy weather at and following treatment. Gradual yellowing and wilting of the plant, advancing to complete browning of above-ground growth and deterioration of underground plant parts, are the expected visible effects.

Delay application until vegetation has emerged to the stages described in the 'Weeds Controlled' tables. Unemerged parts from attached underground rhizomes or root stocks of perennials will not be affected by spray and will continue to grow. Optimal control of most perennial weeds is obtained at late growth stages approaching maturity.

CROP ESTABLISHMENT

This product is recommended for controlling emerged weeds before crop establishment. Suitable cultivation and/or sowing operations are required to provide seedbed conditions satisfactory for crop germination and development. Spraying early to control young weeds will facilitate the preparation of suitable seedbeds. On friable soils and with a light cover of young weeds, sowing may proceed from one day after spraying. In cases of heavy weed growth, sowing should be delayed until weed decay and soil conditions allow for the formation of a satisfactory seedbed. Incorporation of vegetation into the seedbed by cultivation or sowing may cause retarded crop emergence, especially in cold and/or wet conditions. Vegetation reduction can be achieved by grazing, and weed decay may be assisted by cultivating to leave trash on the surface. In marginal seedbed conditions, ensure correct seeding depth and avoid using pre-emergence herbicides if label directions advise the risk of retarded crop emergence.

MIXING INSTRUCTIONS

This granular product dissolves readily in water. For boom applications, water volumes should not be less than 6 litres per 1kg of Farmalinx Bazooka 800 SG Herbicide. Reduced results may occur if water containing soil is used. Ensure the spray tank is free of any residue of previous spray materials. Follow specific mixing instructions for tank mixes, and always maintain adequate agitation during application.

TANK MIXTURES

This product may be tank-mixed with specified herbicides, insecticides, and additives. Ensure adherence to label directions, restraints, plantback periods, withholding periods, and safety directions for the tank mix products. Follow the stepwise process for mixing tank mixtures, including the addition of recommended herbicides, insecticides, additives, and surfactants. Pay attention to specific recommendations for each tank mix product.

TANK MIXTURES — HERBICIDES

This product can be tank-mixed with specified herbicides such as Atrazine flowable, Farmalinx 2,4-0 ester, Dicam, Tufman, Farmalinx Simazine, sulfometuron, pendimethalin, Meffuron 600 WG, Triafon, Farmalinx LVE MCPA 500 or 570, and Oxyfan 240. Addition of Oxyfan 240 at specified rates may improve knockdown and speed of visible signs of phytotoxicity.

TANK MIXTURES — ADDITIVES

This product is compatible with specified additives such as Ammonium Sulphate, Liquid Liase Herbicide Adjuvant, and Techdeck Penetrant. Each additive serves a specific purpose, and their addition should be in accordance with the provided rates and guidelines.

TANK MIXTURES — INSECTICIDES

This product is compatible with specified insecticides such as phosmet, Chlorpos, fenvalerate, and emulsifiable concentrates of dimethoate and fenitrothion. Other insecticides should be tested for compatibility.

APPLICATION INFORMATION

This non-selective translocated herbicide can cause severe injury or destruction to any growing crop or desirable plants. Clean all equipment after use by thoroughly washing with water.

BOOM EQUIPMENT

Use recommended rates of this product in 75 to 200 liters of clean water per hectare. Ensure the use of appropriate equipment and settings for optimal application.

HIGH VOLUME APPLICATION

Adjust equipment to achieve an even spray pattern, using recommended spray tips and operating pressures. Ensure complete and uniform wetting of all foliage.

LOW VOLUME APPLICATION

Apply as an even spray to cover all foliage, following the specified dilution and volume recommendations. Take precautions to avoid excessive drift.

WIPER EQUIPMENT

Wiper equipment may be used for targeted application on weeds in pasture and non-crop areas. Operate equipment at the recommended height above the pasture, and consider factors like speed of travel for optimal results.

RATE FOR WIPER EQUIPMENT

Mix 1 kg of this product with 5 liters of clean water to prepare a 17% solution. This product may be used for suppression or control of many annual and perennial weeds, with specific recommendations provided in the 'Weeds Controlled' tables.

AERIAL EQUIPMENT

Farmalinx Bazooka 800 SG Herbicide may be applied by aircraft for weed control in pastures. Follow specified rates and guidelines for aerial application, ensuring precautions against drift onto sensitive crops, pastures, or desirable trees.

Remember to thoroughly wash aircraft after each day of spraying to remove herbicide residues. Follow all safety precautions and guidelines for aerial application.

This comprehensive set of instructions covers the application, mixing, and tank mixing aspects of using Farmalinx Bazooka 800 SG Herbicide. Always refer to the product label for specific details and adhere to local regulations and guidelines for herbicide use.
