General Instructions:
Resistant Weeds Warning:
Sinochem CADIM 400 WG Herbicide is a member of the cyclohexanediones group of herbicides with the inhibitors of acetyl coA carboxylase mode of action. It belongs to Group A herbicides. Some weed biotypes resistant to this herbicide and other inhibitors of acetyl coA carboxylase herbicides may exist.
Mixing Procedures:
Use sprayers in good working condition with high-capacity agitation.
Clean the sprayer according to label instructions before using Sinochem CADIM 400 WG Herbicide.
Half-fill the spray tank with clean water, add Sinochem CADIM 400 WG Herbicide slowly, and agitate well.
Add other water-soluble products before Sinochem CADIM 400 WG Herbicide if tank mixing. Add Supercharge last.
Surfactant Addition:
Add a 100% non-ionic surfactant at label rate if the ratio of Sinochem CADIM 400 WG Herbicide vol/ha is 2% or less of the total spray volume.
Tank Mixtures:
Can be tank mixed with chlorsulfuron, 2,4-D Ester, or Dicamba 200 for improved control of certain broadleaf weeds.
When tank mixing with atrazine or simazine, add a crystalline ammonium sulphate to avoid antagonism.
Application:
Boom Equipment: Recommended spray volume of 25-100 L/ha with fan nozzles. Pressure range: 240-280 kPa.
Aerial Equipment: Use in pasture or fallow situations before establishment of field crops or preharvest application to sorghum crops. Apply in a minimum spray volume of 20 L/ha with droplets larger than a medium size. Wash aircraft thoroughly after each day of spraying.
Wiper Equipment: Use wiper equipment to apply to weeds growing in specified crops or non-crop areas. Maintain a minimum distance above the crop or pasture and avoid contact with desirable vegetation. Repeat treatment may be necessary for variable height or dense infestations.
Washing and Cleaning of Equipment:
Wash all spray equipment with clean water after each day of spraying. Thoroughly rinse tanks, pumps, lines, and nozzles to prevent corrosion.
