  • Absorption: Absorbed by plant foliage and green stems, not significantly translocated throughout the plant.
  • Residual Control: Does not provide residual weed control.
  • Visible Symptoms: Control symptoms appear in 3 to 7 days, with complete desiccation taking 20 to 30 days under cool conditions.

Plastic Mulches:

  • Caution: COMMANDO 200 remains active on inert surfaces like plastic.
  • Special Care: Take care when applying over plastic mulches to avoid plant contact with the mulch after spraying, which may result in crop damage.

Compatibility:

  • Compatible with most residual herbicides, glyphosate, metsulfuron-methyl.
  • Wetting Agent: Recommended when dealing with hard-to-wet weeds using water rates over 500 L/ha.
  • Rate: 25 mL/100 L of a 1000 g/L non-ionic wetting agent or equivalent.

Mixing:

B. Commercial, Industrial, Non-Agricultural Areas, Fencelines, and Forestry Plantations:

  • Apply by ground spraying equipment only.
  • Thorough and even coverage of spray to the target plant.
  • Equipment Setup: Adequate coverage, penetration, and volume of spray liquid. Minimize off-target movement.
