GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

Kenso Agcare Epoxy 125 SC Fungicide is a broad-spectrum contact and systemic fungicide. It is absorbed through the stem and foliage, translocating upwards and outwards to protect new growth. Thorough crop coverage is essential for optimal results. Regularly check the crop for disease symptoms and apply the fungicide as soon as disease is detected, following the Directions for Use.

MIXING:

  • Kenso Agcare Epoxy 125 SC Fungicide is a suspension concentrate formulation.
  • A non-ionic surfactant is generally not required, but under specific conditions and lower application volumes, adding a recommended 1000g/L surfactant may improve surface coverage.
  • Add the product to the half-filled spray tank while agitating. Continue agitation while topping up the tank and during spraying.

APPLICATION:

  • Ground Application:

    • Apply in a water volume between 50 and 100 L/ha, using flat fan nozzles operating around 50cm above the crop. Use higher water volume for crops with denser canopies.
  • Aerial Application:

    • Apply with suitable aircraft in a minimum water volume of 20L/ha for effective fungicide application to cereal crops.

COMPATIBILITY:

  • For information on compatibility, contact your local reseller or Kenso Agcare Pty Ltd representative.

FUNGICIDE RESISTANCE WARNING:

  • Kenso Agcare Epoxy 125 SC Fungicide belongs to the DMI group of fungicides, classified as a Group 3 fungicide for fungicide resistance management.
  • Some naturally occurring individual fungi resistant to this product and other Group 3 fungicides may exist, potentially dominating the fungal population with repeated use.
  • Resistant fungi will not be controlled, leading to reduced efficacy and possible yield loss. Kenso Agcare Pty Ltd accepts no liability for losses resulting from resistance.

PRECAUTIONS:

  • Re-entry into treated areas is prohibited until the spray has dried.

CAUTION:

  • Export of Treated Cereals:
    • MRLs or import tolerances may not exist in all markets for cereals treated with Kenso Agcare Epoxy 125 SC Fungicide.
    • Some export markets may have different MRLs than those in Australia. Growers exporting cereals should check with Kenso Agcare Pty Ltd or their grain exporter for the latest information on MRLs and import tolerances before using the fungicide.

STORAGE AND DISPOSAL:

  • Store in the closed, original container in a dry, cool, well-ventilated area. Avoid prolonged storage in direct sunlight.
  • Triple or preferably pressure rinse containers before disposal. Add rinsings to the spray tank.
  • Do not dispose of undiluted chemicals on-site. Follow recycling procedures or bury empty packaging in compliance with local regulations.
  • Empty containers and product must not be burnt.

SAFETY DIRECTIONS:

  • Harmful if inhaled or swallowed. Will irritate eyes, nose, throat, and skin. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Do not inhale vapors.
  • When handling the product, wear cotton overalls, a washable hat, elbow-length PVC gloves, and a half-piece respirator.
