GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

Kenso Agcare Epoxy 750 WG Fungicide is a broad-spectrum contact and systemic fungicide. It is absorbed through the stem and foliage, translocating upwards and outwards to protect new growth. Thorough coverage of the crop is essential for optimal results. Regularly check the crop for any symptoms of disease infection, and apply the fungicide as soon as the disease is present as indicated in the Directions for Use.

MIXING:

  • Kenso Agcare Epoxy 750 WG Fungicide is a water dispersible granule (WG) formulation.
  • The addition of a non-ionic surfactant is generally not required. However, under certain environmental conditions and lower application volumes, adding Wetter 1000 or another recommended surfactant may enhance coverage.
  • Add the product to the half-filled spray tank while agitating. Continue agitation while topping up the tank and during spraying.

APPLICATION:

  • Ground Application:

    • Apply in a water volume between 50 and 100 L/ha, using flat fan nozzles operating around 50cm above the top of the crop. Higher water volumes are recommended for crops with heavier canopies.
  • Aerial Application:

    • Apply with suitable aircraft, set up and operated to apply fungicides to cereal crops in a minimum water volume of 20L/ha.

COMPATIBILITY:

  • For information on compatibility, contact your local reseller or Kenso Agcare Pty Ltd.

FUNGICIDE RESISTANCE WARNING:

  • Kenso Agcare Epoxy 750 WG Fungicide is a member of the DMI group of fungicides, classified as a Group 3 Fungicide for fungicide resistance management.
  • Some naturally occurring individual fungi resistant to the product and other Group 3 Fungicides may exist through normal genetic variability in any fungal population.
  • Resistant fungi can dominate the population with repeated use, reducing efficacy and potentially causing yield loss. Kenso Agcare Pty Ltd accepts no liability for losses resulting from the failure of this product to control resistant fungi.

PRECAUTIONS:

  • Re-entry into treated areas is prohibited until the spray has dried.

CAUTION:

  • Export of Treated Cereals:
    • Maximum Residue Limits (MRLs) or import tolerances may not exist in all markets for cereals treated with Kenso Agcare Epoxy 750 WG Fungicide.
    • Some export markets may have established MRLs different from those in Australia. Growers exporting cereals should check with Kenso Agcare Pty Ltd or their grain exporter for the latest information on MRLs and import tolerances before using the fungicide.

STORAGE AND DISPOSAL:

  • Triple or preferably pressure rinse containers before disposal. Add rinsings to the spray tank.
  • Do not dispose of undiluted chemicals on-site. If recycling, replace the cap and return clean containers to the recycler or designated collection point.
  • If not recycling, break, crush, or puncture the containers and deliver them for appropriate disposal to an approved waste management facility.
  • If no approved waste management facility is available, bury the empty packaging 500mm below the surface in a disposal pit, complying with relevant local, state, or territory government regulations. Do not burn empty containers or the product.

SAFETY DIRECTIONS:

  • May irritate the eyes. Avoid eye contact. Do not inhale vapors.
  • When handling the container, mixing, loading, and using the prepared spray, wear cotton overalls buttoned to the neck and wrist, or equivalent clothing.
  • Wash hands after use. After each day's use, wash gloves and contaminated clothing.
