GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

Fullguard 240 Herbicide is an emulsifiable concentrate formulation and is to be mixed with water and applied as per the labelled Directions for Use. It is a post-emergence herbicide used to enhance the control of certain broadleaf weeds, including marshmallow, before the establishment of fallows, winter and summer broadacre and horticultural crops, marshmallow control in grass pastures, and in various commercial, industrial, and public service areas. Additionally, it can be used in agricultural settings such as around buildings, yards, and farm situations, as well as in tree fruits, nuts, and grapevines. It is also effective for the desiccation of regrowth in cotton.

SYMPTOMS

Fullguard 240 Herbicide acts rapidly, causing desiccation and eventual death of susceptible weeds within a few hours to days following application. However, environmental factors such as temperature, moisture, soil conditions, and cultural practices can influence its activity. Warm, moist conditions accelerate herbicidal symptoms, while very dry conditions may delay symptoms, especially in weeds hardened off by drought.

COMPATIBILITY

It should always be tank mixed with formulations of knockdown herbicides such as glyphosate, paraquat, and/or glufosinate. It is also compatible with various partner herbicides and adjuvants commonly used with knockdown herbicides.

TIMING

For best results, apply to small, actively growing weeds less than 6 to 8 leaves in stage. Ensure weeds are exposed and not shielded by other vegetation or stubble.

MIXING

Follow proper mixing procedures outlined in the directions for use. Ensure thorough agitation and proper sequence of adding products.

APPLICATION

• Ground Sprayers: Apply as a broadcast application using flat fan nozzles. Use proper spray volume and pressure for uniform coverage.

• Aerial Application (for Cotton Desiccation Only): Apply by fixed-wing aircraft ensuring thorough coverage.

• Knapsack, Pneumatic, Handgun Sprayers: Apply at recommended rates in conjunction with a knockdown herbicide in sufficient water to wet foliage adequately.

SPRAYER CLEAN OUT

Thoroughly clean all spray equipment after use with an alkaline detergent cleaning solution. Proper disposal of cleaning solutions and rinsates is essential to prevent adverse effects on sensitive crops.

CROP PLANT BACK & ROTATION RECOMMENDATIONS

Fullguard 240 Herbicide does not provide residual activity, so no crop plant back or rotational restrictions apply. However, check the labels of any products mixed with it for specific plant back periods or restrictions on use.
