General Instructions:

Export of Treated Produce: Check with TGAC Australia Pty Ltd for the latest information on Maximum Residue Limits (MRLs) and import tolerances for produce treated with MacPhersons IPRODEX 250 before exporting.

Fungicide Resistance Warning: MacPhersons IPRODEX 250 is a member of the dicarboximide group of fungicides, functioning as a Group 2 fungicide. To manage fungicide resistance, rotate the use of MacPhersons IPRODEX 250 with products employing different modes of action. Resistant fungi may not be controlled by this product, leading to reduced efficacy and potential yield loss.

Mixing: Before adding MacPhersons IPRODEX 250 to the spray tank, check the pH of the spray solution. If the pH is 7 or higher, use a registered buffering agent to lower it below 7. Shake well before use. Add half the required water volume to the tank with agitation, then add the required volume of MacPhersons IPRODEX 250 before topping up with additional water.

Application: Achieve even, thorough coverage of the target area for effective disease control. Use appropriate spray equipment and sufficient water for adequate penetration and coverage. Adjust equipment settings and water volume based on the crop's growth stage.

Special Instructions for Tree Crops/Vines:

  • Dilute Spraying: Use a sprayer designed for high spray volumes, covering the crop to the point of run-off. Adjust spray volume and equipment setup as the crop grows.

  • Concentrate Spraying: Use a sprayer designed for concentrate spraying and adjust the mixing rate based on the dilute spray volume calculated for the crop canopy. Adjust spray volume and equipment setup as the crop grows.

Compatibility: MacPhersons IPRODEX 250 is compatible with several products, including wettable powders, suspension concentrates, water dispersible granules, suspo-emulsions, and soluble powders. Follow the recommended mixing sequence and thoroughly agitate mixtures before applying. Avoid mixing with more than one of the listed chemicals in the tank. Surfactants or spray oil are not recommended with MacPhersons IPRODEX 250, as they may cause crop damage to sensitive plants. Do not mix with fertilizers, as mixtures with some fertilizers, such as urea, may result in foliar damage.

These instructions ensure proper use and effectiveness of MacPhersons IPRODEX 250 while minimizing the risk of crop damage and resistance development.
