For the control of scab on apples and pears.

A suspension concentrate containing 750 g/litre (57.7% w/w) dithianon.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
MIXING AND METHOD OF APPLICATION SHAKE the container thoroughly before pouring. Half fill the spray tank with clean water and begin agitation. Add the required quantity of DITHIANON FLOWABLE to the tank and complete filling. Continue agitation until spraying is complete. MAKE SURE THE CONTAINER IS SECURELY RECLOSED AFTER USE. APPLY only to apples and pears by any low or high volume orchard sprayer, beginning at bud burst. REPEAT at 10 to 14 day intervals until danger of scab attack ceases.

Critical comments: Maximum Number of applications: 8 per crop. Latest time of application: 28 days before harvest.

Application Notes
Where mildew is prevalent apply DITHIANON FLOWABLE in conjunction with a mildew fungicide. On variety Golden Delicious, do not use DITHIANON FLOWABLE after green cluster.

Application Rates
Low Volume: On a 14 day spray interval use 1.7 litres per hectare in at least 200 litres of water (24fl oz per acre in at least 20 gallons) OR on a 10 day spray interval use 1.1 litre per hectare in at least 200 litres of water (16fl oz per acre in at least 20 gallons). High Volume: On a 14 day interval use 750ml in 1000 litres of water (12fl oz in 100 gallons) OR on a 10 day spray interval use 500ml per 1000 litres of water (8fl oz per 100 gallons). Under severe infection conditions or when wood scab is prevalent apply the higher rate at ten day intervals.

COMPATIBILITY
When tank mixing DITHIANON FLOWABLE with any product ensure both products are applied within the manufacturers recommendations for use. DITHIANON FLOWABLE is compatible with the following:-
Insecticides: cypermethrin, chlorpyrifos, diflubenzuron, deltamethrin, pirimicarb.
Fungicides: myclobutanil
Others: calcium chloride

DITHIANON FLOWABLE is compatible with the following in three way tank mixtures. myclobutanil + chlorpyrifos DITHIANON FLOWABLE must not be mixed with lime sulphur or highly alkaline products. For latest information please contact your Distributor.
