For the control of a wide range of broad-leaved weeds in cerals & grasslands.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Rate of Application: Use HYPRONE PLUS at the rate of 5.6 litres in 110-220 litres of water per hectare (4 pints in 10 - 20 gallons per acre). The higher rate of water should be used if the weed growth is heavy or the cereals are very dense.

Time of Application: Spray the annual weeds as early as possible providing the crop is in the correct stage of growth and growing conditions are good. Perennial weeds are preferably sprayed as late as possible but should only be considered if they are the main problem. Winter sown cereals should be sprayed from leaf sheath erect stage of crop growth to before first node detectable stage (GS31). They can be seriously damaged if sprayed after this stage. Spring sown cereals should be sprayed from the five fully expanded leaf stage (GS15) up to before first node detectable stage (GS31). Cereals undersown with grass or direct sown grass should be sprayed when the grass has 2-3 leaves. Grass mixtures containing clover should not be sprayed with HYPRONE. Grass seed crops should be sprayed 5 weeks before the anticipated emergence of the seed head. With Timothy S48 the interval should be 6 weeks.

MIXING
Always add the HYPRONE PLUS to the water in the spray tank whilst it is being filled with clean water. Agitate gently on the return system when full.

WEEDS CONTROLLED
Most of the common annual weeds are controlled except Corn Marigold, Stinking Mayweed, Parsley piert and Wild Pansy. The perennial weeds which are not satisfactorily checked or controlled are: Coltsfoot, Field Mint, Hoary Pepperwort, Horsetail, Red Dead Nettle, Perennial Sowthistle and Wild Onion. Most of the others such as Docks, Creeping Thistle and Buttercups are sufficiently controlled for the crop to suppress them.

WARNING
Avoid spray drift - do not spray in windy weather. Wash equipment thoroughly with water and a wetting agent or detergent immediately after use. Wash out again with clean water before using another product.
