Weeds to be treated with Typhoon 360 should be healthy and actively growing at the time of application.
Perennial broad-leaved weeds are best treated at or near flowering, scutch grass is susceptible when tillering and when rhizome growth commences (usually occurs when plants have 4-5 leaves). Annual weed should be sprayed when grasses have a few cms of growth and broad-leaved weeds 2 expanded true leaves.
All weeds need to be growing actively when treated, poor control will result if growth is restricted by natural senescence or by drought, frost, high temperatures or flooding.
Do not apply anything else to the treated area for at least 6 days after application.
A minimum of 6 hours and preferably 24 hours rain free must follow spraying if the chemical is to work effectively.
Do not spray in windy conditions as drift onto other crops or vegetation may cause serious damage.
