It contains two active ingredients, azoxystrobin and cyproconazole, which have different modes of action. This makes it less likely for fungi to develop resistance to Ampect Xtra.

Active ingredients:

• Azoxystrobin (20.0% w/v)
• Cyproconazole (8.0% w/v)

Mode of action:

Azoxystrobin is a strobilurin fungicide that inhibits mitochondrial respiration in fungi. Cyproconazole is a triazole fungicide that inhibits ergosterol biosynthesis in fungi.

Application:

Ampect Xtra is applied as a foliar spray. It can be applied using a variety of methods, such as boom sprayers, knapsack sprayers, and aerial sprayers. The specific application method will vary depending on the size of the area to be treated and the equipment that is available.

Precautions:

• Ampect Xtra is a moderately toxic fungicide and should be handled with care.
• Wear protective clothing, such as gloves, goggles, and a long-sleeved shirt, when applying Ampect Xtra.

• Do not apply Ampect Xtra to blooming crops, as it may harm pollinating insects.
