GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS - Imtrade Amaze 700 WG Herbicide

This herbicide can be used for either pre- or post-emergence weed control, depending on the crop and weeds to be controlled. When applied preemergence, susceptible weeds may emerge but will either die or remain stunted, not competing with the crop. For post-emergence weed control, a non-ionic surfactant or an adjuvant, as specified in the directions of use, must be added. Adequate soil moisture is crucial for optimum activity.

MIXING:

1. Mix the pesticide product with water when the tank is half to three-quarters full.
2. With the agitator running, add the required amount of Imtrade Amaze 700 WG Herbicide.
3. Complete filling the tank.

APPLICATION:

• Imtrade Amaze 700 WG Herbicide should not be applied for a minimum of two hours before rainfall or irrigation.
• Ground Application:
  • Avoid overlaps when spraying.
  • Apply in 50 to 100L/ha water using flat fan nozzles.
  • Application in a band over the row in row crops helps minimize soil residue carry-over.
• Aerial Application (Pre-emergence only):
  • Avoid overlaps when spraying.
  • Apply in a minimum of 20L/ha water with a maximum swath width of 18m using droplet VMD of 230-280 microns.
  • Avoid application under conditions likely to cause spray drift onto wetlands, waterways, natural vegetation, crops other than specified on the label, or land to be planted with susceptible crops.

EQUIPMENT CLEAN-UP:

• Thoroughly flush all spray equipment with water after use of Imtrade Amaze 700 WG Herbicide and before using other products.
• Rinse water should not be discharged where it will reach streams, water bodies, or natural vegetation.

COMPATIBILITY:

• Compatible with alpha-cypermethrin duo, pendimethalin, trifluralin, metribuzin, cyanazine, diuron, glyphosate, paraquat plus diquat, diquat, simazine, diflufenican, dimethoate, and omethoate.
• DO NOT tank mix with selective post-emergence grass herbicides.

RESISTANT WEEDS WARNING:

• Imtrade Amaze 700 WG Herbicide is a Group B Herbicide with the inhibition of acetolactate synthase (ALS) mode of action.
• Weed resistance management is crucial, and some naturally occurring weed biotypes resistant to this herbicide may exist.
• Users are responsible for preventing the development of resistant weeds.

PROTECTION OF CROPS, NATIVE AND OTHER NON-TARGET PLANTS:

• DO NOT apply under conditions that may cause spray drift onto nearby susceptible plants/crops, cropping lands, or pastures.
• DO NOT spray within 50m of wetlands or waterways.
• Crop safety is generally maintained, but some short-term effects on plant internodes may occur.
• Specific precautions for certain crops and varieties are provided. Follow cropping intervals.
