GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
Imtrade Cease Herbicide is a non-volatile herbicide with non-selective activity against many annual and perennial broadleaf weeds and grasses. It is absorbed by plant foliage and green stems, without significant translocation throughout the plant. Visible symptoms of control appear in 3 to 7 days, but complete desiccation may take 20 to 30 days under cool conditions. Best results are achieved under good growing conditions. Avoid applying to weeds under stress.
Soil Fumigation / Sterilisation
Imtrade Cease Herbicide is metabolized by soil microorganisms and becomes inactive. It is not advisable to apply it in conjunction with soil fumigation or sterilization, as damage to transplants or seedlings may occur.
Plastic Mulches
Imtrade Cease Herbicide remains active on inert surfaces like plastic. Special care is needed when applying it over plastic mulches to prevent crop damage.
MIXING
Imtrade Cease Herbicide mixes easily with clean water. Ensure the spray tank is residue-free before mixing. Add Imtrade Cease Herbicide to two-thirds filled spray tank, followed by other compatible products. Top up to the required volume with agitator running.
APPLICATION EQUIPMENT
Ground Sprayers
Aim for thorough and even coverage. Dense weed stands should be fully wetted to avoid poor control.
Boom or Directed Sprayer Equipment
Apply Imtrade Cease Herbicide at label rates with sufficient water for thorough coverage. Care is needed with sprayer/slasher units to avoid dust and turbulence.
Knapsack and Handgun Equipment
Apply at label rates with adequate water to wet the targeted weeds. Use high volume application for hand spraying.
Controlled Droplet Application (CDA) Equipment
Apply through CDA equipment as recommended for boom or directed sprayers. Do not mix with residual herbicides or adjuvants. Take care to avoid contact with crop trunks or canopies.
Sprayer Cleanup
Clean all equipment thoroughly with water after use.
Aircraft
DO NOT apply by aircraft.
COMPATIBILITY
Imtrade Cease Herbicide is compatible with most residual herbicides. The addition of a wetting agent may be beneficial for hard-to-wet weeds.
RESISTANT WEEDS WARNING
Imtrade Cease Herbicide is a Group N Herbicide. Some weed biotypes resistant to it may exist. Imtrade Australia Pty Ltd accepts no liability for losses due to resistant weeds.
PRECAUTIONS
Follow re-entry periods. Protect wildlife and aquatic life. Avoid spray drift onto non-target plants. Do not apply on desirable foliage or allow contact with green or uncalloused bark. Do not apply to recently fumigated or sterilized soil.
STORAGE AND DISPOSAL
Follow instructions on the label for disposal. Store in a cool, well-ventilated area. Triple rinse non-refillable containers before disposal. Do not burn empty containers. Envirodrum - Micro Matic Valve (110L) should be returned empty to the point of purchase.
SAFETY DIRECTIONS
Imtrade Cease Herbicide is harmful if absorbed by skin contact or swallowed. It will irritate eyes and skin. Avoid contact and wear protective clothing. Wash exposed areas immediately. After use, wash hands and clothing thoroughly.
