GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:
Before opening, carefully read Directions for Use, Precautionary Statements, Safety Directions, and First Aid Instructions.
APPLICATION INFORMATION:
- May be used with High or Low Volume Boom sprays, or aircraft.
- Mixes readily with water.
- Boom Spraying: Use 30-100L water/hectare.
- Aerial Spraying: Use 10-90L water/hectare.
- Refer to the Department of Agriculture/Primary Industries for current restricted spraying areas.
- Specific restrictions in Western Australia near Geraldton, Swan Vineyard area, and Ord River Irrigation area.
EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE AND USAGE:
- Keep the spray unit for herbicides only if possible.
- Wash out the unit with hot soapy water followed by several clear water rinses if used for other purposes.
- Do not use wooden spray vats; hoses should be replaced when used for other purposes.
- Refer to the Storage and Disposal section for further information.
COMPATIBILITY:
- Can be tank mixed with Banvel, ChemAg Chlorsulfuron 500, ChemAg Paraquat 250, Propon, Atrazine, Imtrade Spraykill 250 Herbicide, and Glyphosate.
RESISTANT WEEDS WARNING:
- Imtrade LV Ester 680 Herbicide is a Group I Herbicide.
- Resistance may occur in weed biotypes through normal genetic variability.
- No liability accepted for losses due to the failure of the herbicide to control resistant weeds.
PRECAUTIONS:
- Re-entry Period: Do not hand harvest sugarcane for at least 1 day after application.
- Workers should wear protective clothing when entering treated areas before the spray has dried.
- Clothing must be laundered after each day’s use.
PROTECTION OF CROPS, NATIVE AND OTHER NON-TARGET PLANTS:
- Avoid spray drift onto susceptible crops such as Cotton, Tobacco, Tomatoes, Vines, Lupins, Fruit Trees, and Ornamentals.
PROTECTION OF WILDLIFE, FISH, CRUSTACEANS AND ENVIRONMENT:
- Very toxic to aquatic life.
- Do not contaminate wetlands or watercourses with the product or used containers.
- Toxic to beneficial arthropods; minimize spray drift in non-crop areas.
STORAGE AND DISPOSAL:
- Follow instructions on the label for container disposal.
- Store in the closed, original container in a cool, well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight.
- Triple rinse non-refillable containers before disposal.
- Envirodrum (110L) – Return the empty drum to the point of purchase.
- Refillable containers (1000L only) – Empty contents fully, close valves, and return for refill or storage.
- Follow guidelines for disposal of containers and product according to government regulations.
SAFETY DIRECTIONS:
- Harmful if swallowed; will irritate eyes and skin.
- Wear protective clothing, gloves, goggles, and respirator during handling and application.
- Wash hands, arms, and face thoroughly after use.
- If product comes in contact with eyes, wash out immediately with water.
- Follow safety precautions for clothing, gloves, goggles, respirator, and contaminated clothing after each day’s use.
