A pre-emergence herbicide for the control of annual grasses and certain broadleaf weeds in certain horticultural and agricultural crops as listed in the directions for use.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
RESTRAINTS:
DO NOT mix with dirty or turbid water.
DO NOT store product mix for more than 24 hours.
DO NOT incorporate more than four (4) hours after application.
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:
This product must be incorporated into the soil within 4 hours of application. Emerging roots of susceptible species take up UnitrY 480 EC Selective Herbicide as seedlings germinate. Selectivity is improved by sowing below the herbicide band, and impeded by poor growing conditions and compacted soil.
MIXING AND APPLICATION
This product is an emulsifiable concentrate, which mixes readily with water. Add the recommended amount to the spray tank during filling operation and apply 70 to 450 L of water per hectare (Broadacre basis) dependent on soil type. Under hot conditions or if possible spray and incorporate into the soil in one operation. Delay may cause inferior weed control. Use properly calibrated standard low pressure 170 to 340 kilopascal boom type sprayer with flat fan tips.
