CHARACTERISTICS

TIXAL TRI is a fungicide mixture with preventive and curative action. The presence of Metalaxil-m, endowed with systemic activity, allows to protect the vegetation by acting inside the plant and to ensure protection even on the vegetation developed after the treatment. The copper component, instead, present in the form of Tribasic Sulphate (=TBCS), allows an external contact protection, guaranteeing an excellent degree of coverage, resistance to washing out and simultaneous activity against bacterial diseases.

DOSES AND METHOD OF USE

In order to minimize the potential accumulation in the soil and exposure to non-target organisms, while taking into account the agro-climatic conditions, do not exceed the cumulative application of 28 kg of copper per hectare over a period of 7 years. It is recommended to respect the average application quantity of 4 kg of copper per hectare per year.

VINE: against downy mildew (Plasmopora viticola) at the dose of 400 ml/hl (4 l/ha) intervene as soon as the conditions favorable to the disease occur from pre-flowering, continuing at intervals of 10-14 days (2-4 treatments).

TOMATO (open field and greenhouse): against downy mildew (Phytophthora infestans), Alternaria (Alternaria porri sp. solani) and bacterial diseases at the dose of 4 l/ha, carrying out 3-4 treatments at intervals of 10-14 days.

POTATO: against downy mildew (Phytophthora infestans) and Alternaria (Alternaria porri sp. solani) at the dose of 4 l/ha, carrying out 2-3 treatments at intervals of 10-14 days.

STRAWBERRY (open field and greenhouse): against brown rot (Phytophthora cactorum) at the dose of 4 l/ha intervening 15-20 days after planting and 30 days after the 1st treatment. Possible immersion of the seedlings before planting in a 3 per mille solution.

ARTICHOKE (open field): against downy mildew (Bremia lactucae), alternaria (Alternaria spp.) at the dose of 4 l/ha, carrying out 2-3 treatments at intervals of 10-14 days.

WATERMELON (open field), MELON (open field and greenhouse), CUCUMBER (open field and greenhouse): against downy mildew (Pseudoperonospora cubensis), alternaria (Alternaria spp.) at the dose of 4 l/ha, carrying out 2-3 treatments at intervals of 10-14 days.

LETTUCE and salads (open field and greenhouse): against downy mildew (Bremia lactucae) at the dose of 4 l/ha, carrying out 2-3 treatments at intervals of 10-14 days.

Method of use: Start treatments as soon as the conditions favorable to the disease occur. Switch to products with a different mechanism of action within 7 days from the last treatment with TIXAL TRI ®. To avoid the selection of resistant strains, which can be highlighted by a reduction in efficacy, scrupulously follow the instructions for use and do not exceed, with products having the same Mode of Action (MoA), a maximum of 4 treatments per year for vines, tomatoes, watermelons, melons and cucumbers, 3 treatments per year for potatoes, artichokes and lettuce, and 2 treatments per year for strawberries. If this occurs, discontinue the use of the product and replace it with a cover fungicide. Do not apply to vine nurseries.

Treatment volumes: Use the product at normal volume (6-10 hl/ha). In case of lower volumes, respect the dose of 4 lt/ha of formulation.

COMPATIBILITY: not compatible with alkaline reaction formulations.

Warning: in case of mixing with other formulations, the longest withdrawal period must be respected. The precautionary measures prescribed for the most toxic products must also be observed. In case of poisoning, inform the doctor of the mixing carried out.

PHYTOTOXICITY: do not treat during flowering.
