GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
MIXING: (Ground or Aerial Equipment) – Apply WINNER mancozeb WP at the required rate shown: use sufficient water to provide thorough coverage usually 220 to 1,000L/ha for ground equipment and 30 to 50 L/ha for aircraft. Use a spreader-sticker or spraying oil as per label instructions if needed. Add WINNER mancozeb WP slowly to water in the spray tank with agitation, or premix thoroughly in a separate holding tank for concentrate or aircraft sprayers. Continuous agitation is required to keep the product in suspension.
EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING: Ensure spray equipment is well maintained and calibrated before using. Check the pump, nozzles, and hose lines for leaks or wear. Flush lines thoroughly with clean water after use.
COMPATIBILITY: WINNER mancozeb WP is compatible with most insecticides, fungicides, miticides, and summer oils, wetting agents, or spreader-stickers. Prepare the mancozeb mixture first and add the other ingredient last. Do not mix WINNER mancozeb WP with lime sulfur. Non-recommended mixtures may be ineffective or may cause serious damage and would therefore be entirely at the user’s risk.
FUNGICIDE RESISTANCE WARNING GROUP YFUNGICIDE: For fungicide resistance management WINNER mancozeb WP is a Group Y fungicide. Some naturally occurring individual fungi resistant to WINNER mancozeb WP and other Group Y Fungicides may exist through normal genetic variability in any fungal population. The resistant individuals can eventually dominate the fungi population if these Fungicides are used repeatedly. WINNER mancozeb WP and other Group Y Fungicides will not control these resistant fungi, thus resulting in a reduction in efficacy and possible yield loss. Since the occurrence of resistant fungi is difficult to detect prior to use, Rotam Australasia Pty. Ltd. accepts no liability for any losses that may result from the failure of WINNER mancozeb WP to control resistant fungi.
PROTECTION OF WILDLIFE, FISH, CRUSTACEA AND ENVIRONMENT: Dangerous to fish. Do not contaminate streams, rivers, or waterways with the chemical or used containers.
STORAGE AND DISPOSAL:
KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN
Store in the closed, original container in a dry, as cool as possible, well-ventilated area out of direct sunlight. This product is stable for a minimum of two (2) years if stored as indicated above.
Shake the empty bag into the spray tank. Do not dispose of undiluted chemicals on-site.
Puncture or shred and bury empty containers in a local authority landfill. If no landfill is available, bury the containers below 500mm in a disposal pit specifically marked and set up for this purpose clear of waterways, desirable vegetation, and tree roots. Empty containers and product should not be burnt.
